Regulations

§ I. Terms of Service

1. Terms of Service - the following terms of service are the Regulations mentioned by the art. 8 of the Act from 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means.

2. Website – 7m.pl website

3. User - private person or institution using the hosting services offered by 7m.pl on conditions defined in this Terms of Service.

4. Hosting service - a service, provided by 7m.pl, of making available certain space on the server, as well as limited number of databases in order to maintain internet websites and similar services

5. Paid service - additional option introduced by 7m.pl website available upon payment

§ II. General terms and conditions

1. This Terms of Service define the rules of creation and using the accounts as part of hosting services offered by the Website, as well as the scope of additional, paid services

2. Necessary condition to use the services of the Website is acceptance of this Terms of Service. User, who went through the registration process, automatically confirms that he/she knows all the provisions of the Terms of Service and shall abide it from the completion of the registration onwards

3. In case of resignation the from the services the account can be deleted by using the appropriate form available in the section "My account" after logining into the Website

4. Owner of the Website has the right to change this Terms of Service. Users of the Website shall be informed about all changes to the Terms of Service by publishing adequate information on their user profile site

5. Administration of the Website takes no responsibility for any content published on the accounts of the Website users nor for the content of the Websites linked from websites hosted on 7m.pl

§ III. Scope of services

1. The only owner of all the names in the 7m.pl domain is only the owner of the Website.

2. The Website has the right to introduce additional Paid services

3. Hosting services cannot be used for:

  • mass sending of email messages;
  • creation of websites using content of other websites without proper copyright ownership;
  • creating so called "like farms" and similar websites;
  • using the account purely as an FTP server

4. The owner of the Website can place his own advertisement in any form on users' free accounts. The Website offers paid option to remove advertisement from user's account

5. The Website allows users for putting their own advertisement on their websites as long as those advertisement do not cover the Website's advertisements

§ IV. Users' obligations

1. It is forbidden to create websites that propagate breaking the law, incite to hatred based on national, ethnic, racial, or religious denomination, as well as content that is against the provisions of law, good practices, and principles of social behaviour.

2. Full and sole responsibility for breaking the rules of law the the Terms of Service shall be put solely on the user.

3. The Website bears no responsibility towards third parties for the content placed by the Users without the consent of the author and which are protected by the Act on Copyrights and Related Rights of 4 February 1994 (Journal of Laws 2006 No. 90 Item 631) as amended.

4. The owner of the Website has a right to immediately delete the content which shall be regarded, by the staff of the Website, as going against the rules set in the Terms of Service or if the owner of the Website should receive credible information that, given content may infringe third parties copyrights

§ V. Rights and Obligations of the Website

1. Owner of the Website has right to:

  • delete User's account without giving a reason;
  • delete or block account of a User, who did not log into his account for more then a year;
  • delete or block User account in case of repeated breaking of the Terms of Service by the User or copyright infringement;
  • withhold providing the services during the maintenance or migration works;
  • send promotional materials to all free accounts of the User

The owner of the Website bears no responsibility for problems with functioning of User's own website.

The Website bears no responsibility for damage or destruction of the data on Users' websites.

The User gives consent to the processing of his/her personal data by the Website for administrative, statistical, and marketing purposes according to the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No 101, item 926).

§ VI. Paid services and Payments

1. In order to develop better services the Website may introduce additional, paid options or services.

2. The platform do not offer any paid services currently.

§ VIII. Final provisions

1.The owner of the Website can change the Terms of Service without the consent of the Users, without giving any explanation, and in any time. The changes, however, cannot limit the rights of the Users gained before the Terms of Service were changed.

2. Any matter not covered by these Terms of Service shall be governed by the generally binding provisions of Polish law, including in particular Civil Code, Act of 27 July 2002 on specific conditions of consumer sales and on the amendment to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No 141 of 2002, item 1176 as amended), Act from 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No.144 of 2002, item 1204 as amended), Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No 101, item 926 as amended), Act on Copyrights and Related Rights of 4 February 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2006 No. 90 Item 631 as amended), Act of 2 March 2000 on protection of some consumer rights and responsibility for the damage done by dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22 of 2000 item 271, as amended).

3. The provisions of the Terms of Service do not exclude or limit any rights of the Users who are Consumers according to provisions of the Civil Code, which are applicable accordance with obligatory law regulations of the Polish law. In case of any conflict between the provisions of the Terms of Service and the applicable provisions of law the primacy should always be given to the obligatory law regulations of the Polish law.

4. The Terms of Service come into force on the day they are published on the Website.
