Terms and conditions

§ I. Terms of Service

1. Terms of Service - these Terms and conditions are the Terms and conditions referred to in Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services

4. Hosting service - this is a service provided by, which involves the provision of dedicated space on a server, as well as a certain number of databases, in order to launch a website maintenance service or related services

5. Paid service - an additional option, which is introduced by for a fee through the payment operator

§ II. General provisions

1. These Terms and conditions set out the rules for the creation and use of accounts within the hosting services offered by the Website, as well as the scope of additional paid services

2. Acceptance of these Terms and conditions is a prerequisite for using the Website's services. A User who has gone through the registration process automatically confirms that they have read all the points of the Terms and conditions and that they will abide by them from the moment of successful completion of the registration

3. If you wish to cancel the service, you must immediately delete your account by using the appropriate form available in the 'My Account' section after logging in to the Website

4. The Owner of the Service reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions. Users will be informed of any changes by posting relevant information in their user profiles

5. The administration of the Website is not responsible for any content posted on the accounts of the Website's Users or for content linked to sites hosted on the platform

§ III. Scope of services provided

1. The sole and exclusive owner of all names in the domain is the owner of the Website

2. The Website reserves the right to introduce additional Paid services

3. The Hosting service absolutely must not be used for:

  • mass e-mailing;
  • building websites based on the resources of other sites to which you do not hold the copyright;
  • creating so-called 'link farms' and similar;
  • using the account only as an FTP server

4. The Website owner may place his own advertising in any form on free User accounts. The Website allows the removal of advertising on User accounts for a fee

5. The Website allows Users to insert adverts in any form they wish on their own pages but which do not cover the Website's adverts

6. Under Article 38(1) of the Consumer Rights Act, shall commence the provision of Paid services as soon as payment has been correctly credited and stipulates that the User shall lose the right to withdraw from the agreement once the service has commenced

§ IV. Obligations of Users

1. It is forbidden to post pages advocating breaking the law, incitement to racial, ethnic or religious hatred, as well as content contrary to the law, good manners and the rules of social coexistence

2. The full and sole responsibility for any infringement of the law and these Terms and conditions rests with the User alone

3. The Website shall not be liable to any third party for any content placed by Users covered by the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of 4 February 1994 (Journal of Laws 2006, No. 90, item 631, as amended) without the consent of the person authorised to do so

4.The owner of the Website reserves the right to immediately remove content which is deemed by the Website staff to be in breach of the rules set out in these Terms and conditions or if the owner of the Website receives credible information that the content in question may infringe the copyrights of third parties

5. Within the hosting platform it is possible to publish and store files that are elements of pages. It is not permissible to store files that are not an integral part of the website. It is also forbidden to use the hosting to store, share or backup files for download. If violations are detected, the owner of the address must expect the address to be removed or a paid hosting offer to be made

§ V. Powers and obligations of the Website

1. The Website Owner reserves the right to:

  • delete a User's account without stating a reason;
  • delete or block the account of a User who has not logged into the account for over a year;
  • delete or block the account of a User in the case of notorious violation of the Terms and conditions of the Website or copyright infringement;
  • suspend the provision of services during maintenance or migration works;
  • send advertising materials to all Users of free accounts

2. The owner of the Website is not responsible for problems with the functioning of the Website of a given User

3. An address which sends messages en masse in a short period of time (so-called spam) may be removed from the platform without notice to the Website owner

4. The Website is not responsible for any damage or loss of data posted on Users' sites

5. When creating an account, the User agrees to the processing of personal data by the Website for administrative, statistical and marketing purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926)

§ VI. Paid options and payments

1. Payments for domains and additional payable options offered by the platform may only be made by persons authorised to use the instrument on the basis of which the payment is made

2. User data as part of the payment process is automatically transferred to the payment operator PayPro S.A. with the User's prior consent

3. The purchased service becomes active once the payment has been credited

4. The hosting platform is not responsible for problems caused by payment delays due to the actions of third parties, i.e. banks, post offices, payment operators, etc.

§ VIII. Complaint procedure

1. The User may address complaints on matters related to the malfunctioning of paid services and additional paid options offered by to contact(at)

2. The Website considers complaints within 14 working days of receiving the complaint. In the case of complex cases requiring detailed analysis, this period may be prolonged

3. A reply to a submitted complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the User upon registration

§ IX. Privacy policy

By creating an account on the Website and using the services of the User accepts the provisions of the privacy policy, which is available in the Privacy Policy section

X. Final provisions

1. The Website Owner may amend these Terms and Conditions without the consent of the Users, without giving reasons and at any time but such amendments shall not limit the rights acquired by the Users before the amendment came into force

2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Act of 27 July 2002 on special conditions of consumer sale and the amendment to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141 of 2002, item 1176 as amended), the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic service provision (Journal of Laws No. 144 of 2002, item. 1204, as amended), Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended), Act on Copyright and Related Rights of 4 February 1994 (Journal of Laws No. 90 of 2006, item 631, as amended) and Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product of 2 March 2000 (Journal of Laws No. 22 of 2000, item 271, as amended)

3. The provisions of the Terms and conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Users who are Consumers within the meaning of the Civil Code to which they are entitled under universally and absolutely binding provisions of Polish law. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and conditions and such provisions, the universally and absolutely binding provisions of Polish law shall always prevail

4. These Terms and conditions shall enter into force on the date on which they are made available on the Website
